History of Mercury Valet
Mercury Valet has been in it’s current location since 1948 where it operated under different names in its early years. In 1960, Mertis Bagwell and her son, Al, began to operate the cleaners as Mercury Valet Service until he left to pursue other interests. Mrs. Bagwell formed a partnership in 1963 with Ed Wright that lasted until her retirement in 1985. Mr. Wright passed away in 1987 at which time his stepson, Mike Cooper, purchased Mercury from his estate.
Today, Mercury Valet combines its long history and years of experience to give each customer clean well-finished garments in a timely manner and at competitive prices.
